Head of Creative

We are seeking an accomplished Creative Services leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, possess a strong creative vision, and, as a manager, have the ability to mentor designers and implement design standards across the company. As a Creative Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering beautiful creative for many of the largest brands in the world, while also shaping our own brand and visual identity.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Project Management: act as manager and mentor to the design team, while project managing design projects and creative workflows, which will sometimes include outside design teams.
Graphic Design: Proficiently use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects to design captivating visuals for both digital and print media. Develop graphics for marketing materials, social media, presentations, and other communication channels.
Storyboarding: Conceptualize and create storyboards to outline the flow and structure of multimedia projects.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements across all brand communications and campaigns.
Interactive Design: Leverage expertise in Figma and Google Web Designer (GWD) to design interactive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure seamless integration of interactive elements.
Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. • Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements and provide creative solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Extensive Experience (7+ years) in creative roles, including a track record of leading creative teams.
Leadership Experience in a creative or marketing agency, or in-house creative department.
Proven experience in branding, advertising, and content creation across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, video, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, and GWD.
Project Management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.
