Company Description: Immaculate Education Services (IES) began in 2008 with the mission of spreading educational awareness and providing admission guidance to students. Known for its scientific career counseling methods, IES uses scientifically approved and tested methods to map intelligences and advise students on suitable career paths. Headquartered in Bangalore, IES has branches across India and Nepal, including cities such as Kolkata, Kathmandu, Lucknow, and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop engaging and brand-consistent designs for IES’s marketing, promotional, and educational materials. ● Create social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other visual assets. ● Collaborate with the Content and Social Media team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with IES’s branding strategy. ● Design layouts and templates for website pages, newsletters, and email campaigns. ● Enhance and edit images for use across digital and print platforms. ● Develop branding materials to maintain a strong visual identity across all IES platforms. ● Work on video editing, animation, and motion graphics for promotional and educational content. ● Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Add captions, effects, and transitions to enhance video content. ● Design thumbnails and infographics to increase digital engagement. ● Coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of promotional materials. ● Stay updated with the latest design trends and ed-tech industry standards to ensure fresh and innovative designs. Requirements: ● Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. ● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design tools. ● Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. ● Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work. ● Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns. ● Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and branding principles. ● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. ● A passion for educational services and ed-tech branding is a plus.
