Sales Assistant Manager:

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all facets of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations, including organizing leisure group arrangements and preparing RFPs.- Identify sales opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and conducting outdoor activities.- Establish and maintain a corporate database, driving lead generation and facilitating deal closures with necessary documentation.- Utilize data analysis to refine sales strategies and uncover new business prospects.- Ensure quality assurance and actively engage in customer service initiatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.- Attain sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones.- Cultivate and nurture direct corporate relationships, demonstrating a track record of executing successful corporate group events.- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for MICE events, conferences, and meetings.- Craft and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations to corporate clients.- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to optimize revenue and profitability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored MICE solutions that meet client objectives.

Skills Required:

- 4-8 years of experience in MICE sales within the travel industry.- Proven experience in corporate sales within the travel sector, focusing on MICE events.- Deep understanding of MICE market trends, industry best practices, and competitor landscape.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients.- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
