Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through Contract Staffing services, Compliance management, Background Verification services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that drive growth for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of contract staffing services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

  • Managing Team Productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12-18 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the staffing industry .
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through contract staffing services.
  • Strong understanding of commercial related to IT /Non IT Contract Staffing services, consulting, recruitment, NAPS/NATS and permanent placement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clients at all levels.

  • Strong Team building skills.
