Pre-Sales Executive/Manager

1. Identify, understand, and serve as converser of the market needs in terms of analytical and business solutions, proposing the developments that allow focusing the management on the implementation of solutions and projects of consultancy, innovation, and satisfaction of the needs of the clients.
2. Assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products, analyze call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers.
3. Hire, train, coach, and lead call center representatives as they provide support for customers and set high-quality standards on the leads served by the contact center.
4. Take on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations
5. Prior experience in a Pre-Sales/tele-sales or related role (From Real Estate Only)
6. Handled Launches, experienced in taking EOI on call.
