Job Description:
  1. Are you a skilled and passionate finance professional ready to take on new challenges? Join our dynamic team as a Accounts Manager and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • TDS Management:
  • Deduction, section-wise applicability, returns filing, and challan payments.
  • Salary TDS calculation and compliance.
  • Accounting Software Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books (primary software) and Tally.
  • Accounts payable management using Razorpay, Zoho Books, and net banking bulk payouts.
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Professional email communication for managing receivables and overdue payments.
  • Reconciliation Processes:
  • GST, TDS, bank accounts, and bulk vendor TDS reconciliation in Zoho Books.
  • Expense and Payroll Management:
  • Handling Zoho Forms for bill collections and Zoho Expenses for reimbursement QC.
  • Managing Zoho Payroll for employee TDS, salaries, and PF data.
  • Financial Reporting and Operations:
  • Preparing monthly cash flow statements and profit analysis.
  • Creating and maintaining Accounts MIS sheets.
  • Verifying all transactions (expenses, income, bank, fixed assets) in Zoho Books.
  • Compliance and Daily Operations:
  • Vendor payments, GST filings, TDS returns, and sales billing in Zoho Books.
  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in records.
Requirements:
  • Currently working in a CA firm (CA Inter candidates are also eligible).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
