Our Indian subsidiary in Gurgaon, Haryana is seeking a talented and energetic Manager Accounting and Finance to spearhead to support our India Accounting and Finance Team.


As a Manager of General Accounting & Finance, VARITE is looking for a middle level manager with great integrity, ethics, professionalism, and astute business skills. The ideal candidate will have:


·      Hands-on experience in managing accounting and general operations of staffing and/or consulting companies in India.

·      About 8+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Benefits, and Multi-Currency Accounting.

·      Strong Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

·      Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy personality who can intelligently understand client compliance needs and effectively translate them to the internal operational and financial processes.

·      Assist the Finance Head in in managing high-level subsidiary accounting oversight and inter-company transactions.

·      Experience and ability in communicating and resolving queries or payment follow-ups with Clients, Vendors, Employees, and Consultants.

·      Strong experience in building process documents and ensuring process compliance across the teams.

·      Effective presentation and communication skills to liaison with the Client’s operational and financial departments.

·      Strong understanding and experience in various central and state compliances for accounting and payroll.

·      Excellent people skills to support the existing team in meeting the business needs.

·      Capabilities to demonstrate and practice leadership-based management in alignment with our corporate philosophy.

·      Excellent MS Office, MS Excel (advanced Pivot and Macros), MS PowerBI, MS Sharepoint skills, and ability to utilize technology in improving communication and operational efficiencies.

·      8+ years of experience with a degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance from a reputed University. Chartered Accountant Certificate is highly desirable.
