Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
- Implement and maintain features that enhance the user experience.
- Ensure the application is optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior frontend developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and UX/UI designers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high code quality.
- Implement and advocate for automated testing to ensure the reliability of frontend components.
- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide technical insights during project planning.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven min 3+ experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
