Responsible for managing all customer queries arising out of the branch with the help desk of the branch customer support team. Ensuring branch adherence to standard operating procedure for all Operational processes. Managing the cost budget of the branch and upkeep of branch infrastructure. Play the role of administrative supervisor to all branch personnel KPI will be along 2 primary categories Service Quality Managing the Cost Budget of the Branch Qualifications Graduation/MBA 4+ years' Ops experience First Mile,Last Mile,Delivery Ops & Team handling Exp in Ecom or Supply chain Industry.
