The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with strong expertise in Apex triggers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, leveraging Apex triggers to automate processes and enhance functionality.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Perform user management tasks, including creating and maintaining user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Design and implement reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights and drive decision-making.

- Conduct data management activities, such as data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and best practices.

- Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring effective utilization of the platform.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Strong proficiency in Apex triggers is essential.

- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required.

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Knowledge of Salesforce Visualforce pages and Apex classes.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce Communities.
