- Negotiation/ Presentation skills
Technical knowledge and competences- Product selling experience Signal Isolators, Digital process Indicators, Temp. Scanner, Flow totalizers, Transducers, Relays modules, Opto-Isolation modules, accessories modules etc. IT knowledge and computer proficiency.
KRA's
- Daily Customer visits and attending pre- sales and post sales meeting.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing Customer base with regular visits. Willing to travel extensively in Pune / nearer industries.
- Early engagement with all identified customers & generates lead/ enquiry
- Should be able to identify on-going and upcoming projects, the project requirement, schedule it.
- Prepare detailed visit report of On-going project, upcoming projects & identifying the concern involved in projects at customer side
- Fixing up meeting & appointment for presentation of senior /leadership after firm lead /enquiry generation.
- Focus on application specific enquiry / requirements & and be after till succeed to meet goal
- Preparing techno commercial offer/proposals/quotes & sending product or company details to identified customer
