Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)


Location: Delhi


Job Type: Full-Time


Reports To: Chief Executive Officer


Job Summary:

As the Head of Operations, you will oversee the daily workings of our restaurant brands, . Your responsibilities will include managing all operational aspects from procurement and supply chain, to quality control and customer service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the culinary arts and a proven track record in operational management within the food and beverage industry.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement operational best practices throughout the organization.

- Coordinate with restaurant managers to optimize operational procedures.


2. Staff Management:

- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.

- Manage recruitment, training, and retention of staff.

- Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations.


3. Financial Oversight:

- Monitor and manage operational costs, budgets, and resources.

- Analyze financial data and use it to improve profitability.

- Prepare detailed reports on the company's operational performance for senior management.


4. Quality Control:

- Ensure all food and service meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

- Implement quality control audits and feedback systems to monitor service and culinary output.

- Address customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.


5. Supply Chain Management:

- Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.


6. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to safeguard employees and customers.


7. Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of strategic goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to outline and implement improvements and new directions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in financial planning and strategy.
