COO Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, business planning, financial management, budgeting, and utilizing analytical skills to drive organizational success. We are seeking an over 22 years of experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our BPO operations. The COO will be responsible for managing over 50% of our BPO business, including both domestic and international clients. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in operations, training, quality, and workforce management (WFM). We are running processes from various industries and verticals which includes but not limited to Travel (OTAs & Airlines), Logistics (Food Aggregators, Delivery, Transport etc.), Edutech, BFSI, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Govt./PSU. Candidate present experience working with BPOs in above minimum 4 verticals is mandatory.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations, training, quality, and WFM departments.

• Oversee the process excellence, transition for new clients, and ensure each process EBITDA remains profitable.

• Manage and nurture relationships with over 50 clients across various line of business and channels (inbound/outbound, chat, e-mail, WhatsApp, social, back office etc.)

• Conduct and lead monthly and quarterly client reviews alongside the leadership team.

• Develop and maintain strong rapport with all clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Drive business growth by retaining existing clients and acquiring new business opportunities.

• Ensure the company remains profitable by managing the P&L effectively.

• Provide strategic direction and ownership of BPO operations, demonstrating complete responsibility and accountability.

• Exhibit strong leadership, self-motivation, initiative, and vision in leading the company’s BPO operations.

• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of financial numbers from a P&L perspective.


Qualifications:


• Over 22 years of overall BPO experience, specifically in leading operations, training, quality, and WFM departments.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior executive role (SVP, Executive Vice President, or COO) within a reputed call center BPO.

• Proven experience in managing a minimum of 30+ clients across various business lines.

• Strong track record of maintaining and improving process EBITDA with BPOs.

• Current experience in managing P&L as a CXO, ensuring company profitability.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and vision for the company’s growth and development.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in business planning and operations management while working with all other departments.

  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus but working with BPO over 15 years is must
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
