Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Director based in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Personal Assistant will manage the daily administrative tasks of the Director, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, correspondence handling, coordination across departments, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting the Director with relevant documentation and reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support the Director effectively Strong Diary Management and Administrative Assistance abilities to manage schedules, appointments, and tasks efficiently Experience in performing Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and performing data entry Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools Previous experience in a personal or administrative assistant role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Business Administration,Management, or a related field is a plus
