Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Artist Manager, based in Mumbai with some flexible work-from-home options. We’re seeking an experienced Artist Manager to spearhead live show bookings for our pop/soft rock artist. You’ll secure slots at major festivals (e.g., Lollapalooza India, NH7 Weekender), college fests (e.g., Mood Indigo, Saarang), Corporate shows, Wedding shows and platforms like District by Zomato, BookMyShow leveraging your industry connections to book shows in 2025 and 2026. Your mission: Turn our artist’s viral buzz into main-stage opportunities across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and beyond. Who You Are • 5+ years in artist management or live music booking, with a proven track record of securing festival/college gigs in India. • Deep connections with promoters (e.g., BookMyShow) and platforms like District by Zomato, plus insider ties for landing corporate shows, wedding gigs, and high-end private events (wedding planners on speed dial). • Experience managing pop, indie, or rock acts. • Skilled negotiator, able to secure paid slots and fair revenue splits. • Proactive, with a hustle mindset to pitch and follow up relentlessly. • Bonus: Familiarity with IPRS for performance rights and sync licensing.
