Job Title: US Export Manager - FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to lead our international sales and distribution efforts for Liberate Food (FMCG Sector) The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, managing relationships for the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:·

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets.·

Analyze market trends and consumer preferences2.

Export Strategy Development:·

Formulate comprehensive export plans in alignment with company goals and objectives.·

Identify and evaluate potential business partners and distributors in target markets.3.

Sales and Business Development:·

Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and partners.·

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.4.

Negotiation and Contract Management:·

Negotiate terms and conditions with international partners to maximize profitability.·

Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.5.

Team Leadership:·

Lead and motivate the export team, providing guidance and support as needed.·

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the export department.6.

Qualifications:·

Bachelor’s degree in business, International Business, or a related field.·

Master's degree is a plus.·

Proven experience in FMCG sector·

In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.·

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.·

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.·

Ability to travel internationally as needed.·

Proficiency in relevant software applications.·

Must have a valid B1/B2 visa for travel to the US.
