Job Title: Junior Data AnalystExperience:3-5 YearsNoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 daysLocation: BangaloreJD:·Responsible for the delivery of thedata quality activities he/she owns including Data quality standards, patternsand best practices.·Work with team to ensure standardsand patterns are followed.·Ensure data quality on monthlydisclosures and new releases for Net Orders & Invoiced Sales data objects.·Conduct comprehensive data qualitymonitoring, enhance rules as necessary, and promptly communicate issues to the DQteam and stakeholders.·Analyze the technical and businessimpact of potential data quality issues, tracking them from identification toresolution.·Investigate significant issues in areactive and agile manner, collaborating with stream leaders and businessproduct owners on user communications.·Validate prioritization of dataquality issues and provide regular updates on progress.·Support data extraction needs whenSE intel secured report center is insufficient, and for adhoc managementrequirements.·Ensure data security by maintainingfiles in secured sharepoints, limiting access to specific personnel, andregularly reviewing and deleting files as needed.·Communicate access to global data toproduct owners and management before sharing·Strong analytical &problem-solving skills·Strong verbal and businesscommunication skills·Skill in identifying data issues andanomalies during the analysis·Strong business acumen &demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite actionQUALIFICATIONS:·B.E / B TECH/MASTERS IN COMPUTERSCIENCE, ELECTRONICS, RELEVANT TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONTechnologySkills and Project Experience:·10 years of experience in DataAnalytics space·7 years hands on experience as DataAnalyst·5 years of experience of Strongexperience in SQL·Demonstrate a strong understandingof ETL processes and the ability to engage with all levels of the data supplychain, including ERPs, ETL, datalake, datamarts, and domain-specific data suchas customer and product.·Proven experience in data analysisand data quality management.·Experience in Tableau & Pythonwill be a plus.·Knowledge in SAP Sales & Distributionmodule will be a plus.·Strong problem-solving skills andthe ability to react swiftly to data quality issues.·Excellent communication skills andthe capacity to interact effectively with various stakeholders.·Detail-oriented with a focus onmaintaining data security and integrity.Business /Soft Skills:·Must have solid presentation,communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills.·Ability to work effectively withglobally dispersed stakeholders from business.·Ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.·A data-driven mindset, Ability toclearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.·Ability to manage and make decisionsabout competing priorities and resources.·Ability to delegate whereappropriate·Must be a strong team player/leader
