Roles & Responsibilities of ReUpyog Partner:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the growth of refurbished electronics, including laptops, mobiles, speakers, MacBooks, iPhones etc.
  • Manage relationships with other reupyog partners to ensure quality service and timely repairs.
  • Establish and maintain a physical presence in at least one location within the Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, or Patna City areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics related to refurbished consumer electronics.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and service of refurbished electronics.
    • In-depth knowledge of the refurbished consumer electronics market.
    • Demonstrated experience working with multiple sales and service partners.
    • Must have a physical presence in at least one location within Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, or Patna City.
    • Own vehicle for transportation.
    • Excellent customer handling skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to established SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of operations, including sales processes, customer service standards, and inventory management. Continuously review and update SOPs as needed to reflect best practices and industry standards.
  • Facilitate Staff Training: Collaborate with ReUpyog to facilitate comprehensive training programs for staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and growth.
  • In-Store Sales and Customer Service Experience: Possess a strong background in in-store sales and customer service, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Demonstrate the ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales and enhance satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Software and Excel: Comfortably navigate various software platforms relevant to sales, inventory management, and customer relationship management. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking purposes.
