Share resume on - Role Description The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of web production workflows. This role combines data handling, cross-team coordination, task assignment, and workflow tracking to support large-scale website production operations. You will work closely with project teams, production units, and reporting functions to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across hundreds of daily tasks and work orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally confident, and proactive—capable of navigating multiple systems (CMSs, Wrike, dashboards) while keeping teams aligned and workflows optimized. Key Responsibilities Pull, review, and process work orders from multiple CMS platforms; assign tasks to appropriate production teams. Coordinate progress across teams by updating statuses, managing schedules, and resolving workflow bottlenecks. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production and billing reports using data from various systems; highlight insights and anomalies. Ensure data accuracy, documentation quality, and timely completion of all entries and updates. Facilitate cross-functional communication between design, development, content, and quality teams. Support ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimization steps. Maintain digital discipline by ensuring structured, compliant, and traceable workflows. Skills Required Core Technical & Operational Skills Strong command of project management platforms (e.G., Wrike, Trello, Asana). Comfort with CMS environments (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and handling work orders efficiently. Ability to generate, read, and interpret production and billing reports. Understanding of web production workflows, UX basics, and SEO fundamentals. Qualifications Required Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for backgrounds in operations, IT, business, or digital workflows. Proficiency in English—written and spoken—to collaborate across teams and users. Logical reasoning and basic statistical understanding. Ability to read, interpret, and prepare performance reports using Excel or similar tools. Prior experience in digital production operations, project coordination, or data management is an advantage.
