Position: Agiloft Implementation Specialist / Configuration AnalystResponsibilities:Implementation & Configuration:- Configure and customize the Agiloft platform according to client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.- Assist in the deployment and integration of Agiloft solutions with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).- Support end-to-end implementation activities, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.Client Support:- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions.- Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation.- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide system enhancements or customizations where needed.System Optimization & Maintenance:- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and functionality.- Perform regular system updates and troubleshoot issues with the Agiloft system.Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, project management, and client teams) to ensure project milestones are met.- Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, deliverables, and timelines.Documentation:- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes.- Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials for clients.Required Experience- Experience: 0-5 years of hands-on experience working with the Agiloft platform, preferably in contract lifecycle management or related business systems.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Agiloft, understanding workflows, document templates, reporting, and system integration.- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).Preferred Skills (If experienced):- Experience with Agiloft integrations with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ERP systems.- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) for advanced customizations is a plus.- Experience in other enterprise software or CLM solutions.- Certification in Agiloft or related project management frameworks is a plus.Freshers:- Knowledge of any programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) for advanced customizations is a plus.- Comprehensive training on the Agiloft platform will be provided, along with company support for obtaining certification.- Familiarity with the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) domain is a plus.Share your profile via email
