Job Title: MIS Expert with Power BI

Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
Salary Range: 4.75 LPA to 6.00 LPA
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 48)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive with strong Power BI and Excel expertise to support automation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating site-wise MIS reports, automating reporting processes, and assisting various teams with data and RFQ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Automation: Drive automation across the organization using advanced Excel and Power BI tools.
  2. MIS Reporting: Create and maintain site-wise MIS dashboards and reports for management review.
  3. Excel Expertise: Build advanced models, formulas, and macros for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Power BI Expertise: Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  5. RFQ Management: Assist in preparing and filling RFQs accurately and on time.
  6. Team Support: Provide data insights, analysis, and reporting support to other team members as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in IT, Statistics, or related field).
  • 5-8 years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: 4.75 LPA to 6.00 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
