Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Pune & Mumbai. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing customer satisfaction. The role will also involve sales activities and interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in handling reservations and sales
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
