Job Description A Site Supervisor oversees construction projects and ensures they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate tasks on-site, manage subcontractors, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities, including construction work, and manage the workforce effectively to maintain productivity.  Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and a smooth workflow.  Quality & Safety: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, company quality standards, and strict safety protocols.  Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site logs, progress reports, and other necessary project documentation.  Reporting: Report project status, potential risks, and any issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.  Problem Solving: Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to challenges that arise during the project.  Resource Management: Ensure the proper use of tools, machinery, and construction materials on the site.  Qualifications:  Education: A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in site supervision, preferably in architecture, interior design, or general construction projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural and interior design drawings and specifications. Familiarity with software like AutoCAD. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of project management software is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. .
