Lead AI Engineer

About :
Strong understanding of AI concepts includingmachine learning deep learning LLM GenAI and NLP/LLM.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AIdevelopment such as Python TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such asscikitlearn NLTK spaCy Transformers etc.
Familiaritywith cloud platforms and services such as AWS Azure or Google CloudPlatform. Solid understanding of software engineering principlesdesign patterns and best practices.
Excellentproblemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technicalissues. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Demonstratedability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt tochanging priorities.
Role Implement and optimize AImodels and algorithms to meet productrequirements.
Conduct research and stay uptodate withadvancements in AI technologies frameworks andlibraries.
Evaluate and integrate opensource tools andlibraries into the development process to enhance productivity andefficiency.
Design and implement scalable and reliablesoftware components for AI applications. Perform code reviewsensure code quality and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorshipto junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing andcollaboration.
Skill Required: 3+ years of Experience with education in B.Tech/B.Eor M.Tech/M.E(ECE) or any other relevant degree. Strong programmingexperience in C/C++ in embedded domain. Strong debugging andproblem-solving skills. Experience with common embeddedprotocols/interfaces like I2C, SPI, USART, buses, bridge chips,FPGAs, hardware queues/FIFOs, interrupts, DMA, Experience in multicore, multi thread, IPC, system programming, GDB, kernel/user spaceinterfaces in Linux OS Ability to work up and down the embeddedstack: boot loader, device drivers, kernel, user space. Experiencein using source control, bug tracking and other relevant tools.Well versed with software development process. Good to have abilityto read schematics, understand device datasheets use lab tools like- JTAG, oscilloscopes, power sources, multi-meters, etc experiencein SDK/tool chain setup, make files, scripting
