The hearing will be conducted via video link with a UK court, and the advocate will support and represent the client locally during the proceedings.Responsibilities:- Attend the full 3-day hearing in Nellore( Nellore is 3 hours by car or train from chennai)- Communicate with the UK legal team and assist the client throughout the process- Ensure smooth technical setup and connection for remote participation (via Microsoft Teams)- Provide legal guidance, interpretation, and reassurance to the client during proceedingsQualifications:- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India- Strong command of English and ability to speak and understand Telugu- Prior experience in family law / financial settlement matters preferred- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and client handling- Must have access to a laptop and be comfortable with video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams)- Ability to travel to Nellore and be present for 3 consecutive days in early November- Calm, professional demeanour with good listening and communication skillsFee: Will be discussed during the initial call.
