The hearing will be conducted via video link with a UK court, and the advocate will support and represent the client locally during the proceedings.Responsibilities:Attend the full 3-day hearing in Nellore( Nellore is 3 hours by car or train from chennai)Communicate with the UK legal team and assist the client throughout the processEnsure smooth technical setup and connection for remote participation (via Microsoft Teams)Provide legal guidance, interpretation, and reassurance to the client during proceedingsQualifications:Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of IndiaStrong command of English and ability to speak and understand TeluguPrior experience in family law / financial settlement matters preferredFamiliarity with courtroom procedures and client handlingMust have access to a laptop and be comfortable with video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams)Ability to travel to Nellore and be present for 3 consecutive days in early NovemberCalm, professional demeanour with good listening and communication skillsFee: Will be discussed during the initial call.
