Technical Skills: Canva Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus. Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creativity with a passion for design and problem-solving. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs. Flexibility to adapt and evolve designs according to changing project needs. Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
