We seek a dynamic and experienced Public Relations (PR) Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance the company's public image, build meaningful relationships with the media, and execute impactful PR campaigns. The role involves crafting compelling narratives, monitoring media coverage, and ensuring consistent brand visibility and reputation management.
The position is in our corporate headquarters at Gurgaon, Haryana – Delhi | NCR, India.
Job Role:
- Develop and execute public relations strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Create press materials such as press releases, media kits, and pitch letters.
- Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview opportunities.
- Track and analyze media coverage and provide reports on PR campaign effectiveness.
- Draft speeches, op-eds, and statements for company executives.
- Manage social media communications and online PR efforts.
- Organize press events, product launches, and media briefings.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscapes.
- Respond to public relations crises and mitigate reputational risks.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to drive PR initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with key media contacts.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Previous experience in the technology and energy sectors is a must.
Who can apply – Educational qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
- Proven track record of securing media coverage across multiple channels (print, digital, and broadcast).
