Job Purpose

the incumbent will be responsible for doing FEA analysis of Tire structures enabling new product development and bring improvements in existing products.drive prediction of tire performance at the design stage, reducing number of prototypes, and making shorter time to market.

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform FEA analysis to support Tyre design processPrepare detailed FEA reports and present findings to the team along with the recommendationsDevelop new competency and standard methodology in FEAEnsure FEA data management and documentation is in orderRecommend suitable design changes as per FEA resultsDevelopment of advanced simulation methodology

Educational Qualification

Master’s degree in Mechanical/ Rubber Technology (ME/ MTech or Equivalent)

Skills and Knowledge

Good understanding of Basic Finite Element Method (FEA) and Mechanical Engineering.Hand-on experience in FEA software. Should have worked on Non-linear and dynamic analysis

ABAQUS, HYPERMESH ,Programming language(Python preferred)proficient in MS excel and PPT
