Role Overview

As a Project Executive, you will act as a bridge between clients, the design team, and on-site execution teams. You'll be responsible for coordinating, managing timelines, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting end-to-end project execution. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing interior design projects.


• Coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams.


• Track project progress, ensure timelines and quality standards are met.


• Handle vendor and material coordination, including procurement follow-ups.


• Prepare project reports, BOQs, and documentation as required.


• Ensure adherence to budgets and monitor project costs.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing work and resolve on-site challenges.


• Support the design team with presentations, client meetings, and project handovers.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree / diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.


• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or execution (freshers welcome).


• Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and design concepts.


• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.


• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.


• Passionate about interiors and eager to learn industry best practices.
