Requirements:
Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry or B.E Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 15 to 20 years in chemical sales business.
CTC: Upto 30 LPA based on experience
Note** Chemical sales experience is mandatory for this role
A. Job Purpose:
Developing New Customers & Maintaining the existing customers to achieve the sales targets, quality objective local dept
B. Main Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:
New customer development, new business area & suggesting the new products.
Set sales budget, weekly and monthly review & other dept related issue.
Co-ordination with concern departments in HO to carry the day-to-day activities on regular basis.
C. Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Activities/setting sales target /quality objective/strategies
2.monitoring performance of agent and branch office
3.Customer visits/market and competitors' information
4.Orders follow up/Negotiations
5.review non buying customer list
6.coordination with production and qc purchase dept
7.monitoring Payments, C forms, sales &legal case other sales related issue
8.weekly/monthly Sales review meetings
9.Visiting Exhibitions, etc.
10.New Customers development/Job work /new product.
11.Team building & guiding the team as and when required.
