ResponsibilitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, planning, monitoring, coordinating & mentoring/moderating batch (of your subject expertise) of students.Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional team leads and implement the necessary changes accordinglyHiring Tutor for current batches, taking the orientation of new batches, Improving/Updating team structuring, resolving technical/subject or non-technical queries & managing the events.Documenting processes, stats, and creating reports.
