ResponsibilitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, planning, monitoring, coordinating & mentoring/moderating batch (of your subject expertise) of students.Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional team leads and implement the necessary changes accordinglyHiring Tutor for current batches, taking the orientation of new batches, Improving/Updating team structuring, resolving technical/subject or non-technical queries & managing the events.Documenting processes, stats, and creating reports. Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesMaintain organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.Brainstorming new ideas, think, discuss and implement them.Making sure website is upto date with current/upcoming events/changes.Handling ad-hoc situations/instances.Conducting skip meetings with students.Attending student’s demo/small-project presentation. Giving them proper feedback to improve on coding skills, conventions and standards.Timely updating and interacting with - tutor’s, leads & founder.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in any relevant field – B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA etc.Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills.Previous stakeholder management skills.Previous tutoring and syllabus-writing experience will be beneficial.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience from an educational background.Complete understanding & working knowledge of technical skills – Python or JavaScript & Node.Js
