Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct vision tests and analyze the results while diagnosing sight problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and eye diseases
  • Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation
  • Deliver high customer service-oriented eye check-ups and build strong relationships with customers by explaining the eye exam process of refraction
  • Demonstrate clinical competence to assist in providing customers with the best lenses and contact lenses
  • Assist customers in selecting their lenses and frames
  • Perform over-the-counter sales
  • Commit to customer satisfaction by always putting the customer's needs first, conducting competent eye tests, and greeting customers immediately when they enter the store
