Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Program Management Intern (AI-focused), based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the planning, execution, and tracking of
AI-driven projects
at Wiingy. The role provides hands-on exposure to working with AI models, prompt engineering, and applied AI tools that power student and tutor experiences.
This internship is designed to be a learning + contribution role.
With strong performance, the intern has a high likelihood of conversion into a full-time AI Program Manager role.

Day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Assisting in the design and execution of AI-enabled projects across product and operations.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools and workflows.
  • Experimenting with
    AI models, prompt structures, and automation frameworks
    to improve outcomes.
  • Researching emerging AI tools and suggesting opportunities for adoption.

Qualifications

  • Interest in
    AI, prompt engineering, and applied AI solutions
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    how AI models and tools work
    (LLMs, generative AI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Prior experience or internships in AI, edtech, or project management is a plus but not required.
