About Digital Transformation PracticeJoin the Digital Transformation team at BDO in India and help guide businesses through their digital evolution. With us, you'll apply your expertise in a collaborative environment, working alongside industry experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive client success. Your role will focus on enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency through strategic digital transformation and technology implementation.

Responsibilities :

Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BICollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracyTroubleshoot issues with data sources, reports, and dashboardsDevelop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Test and validate all dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracyDevelop custom visuals and extensions for Power BI as neededOptimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboardsStay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practicesMentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power BI stackExpertise in data visualization concepts and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL toolsExperience with DAX and M formulasProven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
