About Digital Transformation Practice

Join the Digital Transformation team at BDO in India and help guide businesses through their digital evolution. With us, you'll apply your expertise in a collaborative environment, working alongside industry experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive client success. Your role will focus on enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency through strategic digital transformation and technology implementation.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues with data sources, reports, and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Test and validate all dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy
  • Develop custom visuals and extensions for Power BI as needed
  • Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices
  • Mentor junior team members as needed


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power BI stack
  • Expertise in data visualization concepts and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL tools
  • Experience with DAX and M formulas
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
