Brief Job Role:

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. He will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy for generating new business in Rajasthan.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategy through market analysis and other sources of data
  • Focus on market penetration primarily through Channel sales by appointing distributors, agents (General Trade) in the state of Rajasthan.
  • Further increasing the sales T/O of the company in the state by appointing new distributors/dealers
  • Drive product sales & availability through tie ups with Multi Brand Outlets (MBOs) as well as Shop in Shop (SIS) format
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to generate and meet with prospective leads & close sales
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Travelling extensively in the entire state of Rajasthan is essential.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
  • Experience in working in Rajasthan territory.
  • Experience in the Apparel and Fashion Industry, preferably with leading menswear brands
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
