Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor based in Mumbai. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, offering suitable matchmaking solutions, driving sales, and achieving targets. Daily tasks include interacting with potential clients, providing product demonstrations, handling customer queries, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role may also involve training new team members and ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and capabilities
  • Experience in Training others
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, outcome-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the matchmaking or internet services industry is a plus
