The last year has seen an unprecedented surge in the awareness of Generative AI (GenAI), unlocking new possibilities for creators in advertising. At the National Finance Olympiad (NFO) , a pioneering platform for young financial talent, we are on a mission to enhance financial literacy and confidence among students through engaging, competitive, and educational initiatives.


As we expand and elevate our brand, we're seeking a talented AI Graphic Designer  to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll harness the power of GenAI to craft high-quality, high-performing ad creatives that blend artistic creativity with cutting-edge technology.


Key Responsibilities:


Ad Creative Development:

  • Create ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display.
  • Transform client briefs into compelling outputs by leveraging GenAI tools for insights, concepts, copywriting, image/video generation, and final creative assembly.

Manual Enhancements:

  • Where needed, enhance GenAI outputs with manual retouching for clarity and precision.

Collaborative Ideation:

  • Partner with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to understand and shape client briefs.

Performance Analysis:

  • Deliver ad creatives with a focus on quality, relevance, and performance, ensuring quick turnarounds and measurable results.

Reporting:

  • Work closely with and report to the Head of Design.


Your KPIs:

  • Delivery of high-quality, high-performing ad creatives.
  • Timely completion of client briefs (1-2 days per brief).
  • Development and documentation of expertise in GenAI tools and techniques.


What We're Looking For:


Experience:

  • 2+ years in a creative/design role, preferably in advertising or digital media.
  • Proven expertise in GenAI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in applying GenAI for real-world advertising campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in GenAI techniques, including model selection and prompting.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong time management and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
  • Proficient English communication skills.

Portfolio:

  • A portfolio showcasing your creative prowess, including any work leveraging GenAI tools.
