Position Purpose:

To do detailstudy and review on agencies’ contract conditions and prepare the letter draft if agency is submitted letter To discuss with Project members, Project Manager and Procurement team how to deal with the gap between the contractual issues and the actual situation Take responsibility and lead for finalizing the mitigation if any, or lead the agencies to go further work

Dimensions

Contract review and proposal making To collaborate within MPW India(and Japan) for internal approvals for submission of proposals including management approval Having good skills towards negotiation and proposal to getting yes from agencies Good knowledge of basic legal terms, experiences for arbitration, and implications

Principal Accountabilities

Include but not limited to:

Completion of negotiations and making clarification to agencies Proven capability in facilitating & internal meetings.

Nature & Scope

The candidate should have experience in Project, Product & Process knowledge of Power Industry especially in FGD etc is desirable. Clear understanding & hands on experience in project execution and project knowledge. Shall have excellent communication and leadership skill to coordinate inputs within MPW and management approvals/presentation

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/B.E /CS/Diplomainany disciple from reputed college/University

Experience

Min 10 years in above mentioned roles

Specific Skill

Computer skill-Microsoft office-Excel /making PPT/presentation. Must have good communication skills and good at networking and good affinity towards building up interpersonal relationships.
