Minimum 6 years of experience in

Android Automotive based application

development for

In-Vehicle Infotainment

systems.Proficiency in Object oriented design and design patterns and clean architecture rulesDeep understanding of AOSP code and ArchitectureDeep understanding of Android based applications and integration with external components.Working experience of customizing System AppsExperience of Google certification process, timeline and challenges involvedExperience of AA/CP certification processExperience in Android SDK, NDK, JNIExperience in creating AVD (along with GAS applications)Experience with third-party libraries and APIsGood Unit testing experienceAutomotive ASPICE development experienceWorked on latest Android versions (Beyond Android Pie)Experience in code migration to latest android version, impact analysis etcFamiliar with Jetpack, dependency injection, Android Architecture Components, Audio/Video Framework, Animation, CanvasKnowledge of CTS/VTSProficiency in C++/Java/KotlinProficiency in developing modular, scalable android application using latest google android libraries and framework.Knowledge of UML state diagrams, sequence diagrams.Code debugging and defect analysis

Good-to-Have:1. Knowledge of VHAL architecture, Camera HAL, Exterior View System (EVS)2. Knowledge of integrating GAS (Google Automotive Services) applications3. Knowledge of Google certification process, timeline and challenges involved.4. In depth understanding of Audio flinger, surface flinger.5. Keyboard management in Android6. Harkey (keycode) management in Android7. Exposure to Smartphone integration features like AA/CP.8. Exposure to OEM customization required in AOSP and GAS applications.9.Exposure to Automotive Embedded Development and Testing tools (IDE, Vector CAN tools like CANoe, GENy)10. Exposure to Requirements Managements tools (like DOORS, Polarion, Confluence), Design tools (like EA), Configuration management tools (like Plastic SCM, GIT) and tracking tool like JIRA11. Exposure to CI/CD pipeline12. Good working exposure with teams across different geographies13.SW development experience following Agile methodologies.14.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.15.Experience of customer facing Role
