Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow, ServiceNow SME- SAM, Technical Consultant, CSM, Financial service operations(FSO) Additional Skills: Sr TCTCs with ServiceNow CSM and FSO expertise in the Insurance domain Candidates should have good knowledge of the FSO data model workspaces and integrations along with hands on experience in insurance operations such as policy servicing billing payment claims and underwriting Configuration Development FormUI Policies Business Rules Client Scripts Flow Designer Integration Hub Data Model Integrations APIs SSO system integrations Agent Workspace tailoring for insurance use cases Configuring Workspace for agents Channel intake portal Insurance Product Lifecycle Policy origination servicing renewals cancellations Policy Servicing Workflows Beneficiary Change contact change etc Billing and Payments Claims Management
