We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team, focused on non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring across functions

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and databases for high-volume, non-IT roles.
  • Execute large-scale hiring drives and recruitment campaigns to meet manpower requirements in sales, support, field, and operational roles.
  • Schedule, conduct, and assess candidates through telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and business units to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain communication with shortlisted candidates, ensure offer acceptance, and reduce drop-out rates.
  • Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6m - 2 years of experience in non-IT and/or volume hiring
  • Proficient in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine), LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
