For more information visit Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks and strategies for telecom products (e.G., RAN, Core Network, OSS/BSS). Select and integrate appropriate automation tools and technologies to optimize testing processes. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing through multiple instances. Drive continuous improvement in test automation coverage, efficiency, and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain automation scripts. Effectively maintained the automation test document. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Required Skills & Experience: 5-6 years of professional experience in software testing with a strong emphasis on test automation. Proven expertise in writing test cases, developing test plans, and preparing test suites specifically for automation. Solid hands-on experience in the telecommunications domain, demonstrating a strong understanding of network architectures, protocols, and services. Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, specifically Java, for test automation development. Extensive experience with leading test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter. Demonstrated experience with API testing and tools including Postman, SoapUI, and REST Assured. Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, including integrating automated tests using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of SDLC and STLC. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
