· SuccessFactors Certification is required within RCM/ONB(2.0), Performance, Talent

Management, and LMS

· Implemented/ supported SF Modules as Lead/support Consultant

· Hands-on experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the SF module.

· Knowledge of XML & MDF is required.

· Must have good knowledge of the integration points with the related modules.

· The Consultant must have extensive experience in configuring and custom development with

excellent functional and technical skills

· Should be able to work with the business to understand their needs and coach/guide them on the

appropriate solutions and explain the system limitation if applicable

· Ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops

· Experience identifying gaps in procedures, mapping requirements, and providing custom

solutions

· Experience working with functional/technical consultants or teams to execute projects

· Ability to conduct testing, data migration, and data mapping of Business Objects content
