La nostra storia è iniziata con un hotel sul mare.
Oggi accogliamo i nostri ospiti in 13 hotel e resort, a 4 e a 5 stelle, in moderni centri congressi e nella prestigiosa Ethra Thalasso SPA.
Gli hotel sono in Sardegna, Puglia, Sicilia, Calabria e Abruzzo, affacciati su spiagge meravigliose, e in Piemonte, nel comprensorio sciistico della Vialattea.
Offriamo circa 4.200 camere e nei periodi di piena attività contiamo su circa 2.500 dipendenti.
Vogliamo offrire ai nostri ospiti momenti che ricorderanno per sempre. Ascoltiamo i loro desideri per realizzare la vacanza che sognano.

OVERVIEW DELLA POSIZIONE
Per far fronte allo sviluppo e alle nuove esigenze ricerchiamo Receptionists Front Office – Segretari di ricevimento , motivati e disponibili ad unirsi a noi durante la stagione estiva nelle nostre strutture, con spirito di squadra, passione, entusiasmo e orientamento ad offrire il miglior servizio ai nostri ospiti.
SEDE DI LAVORO
La posizione è aperta per la nostra struttura Sibari Green Resort a Sibari (CS) in Calabria.
AREA DI RESPONSABILITA'
• Accogliere e curare gli ospiti dall’arrivo alla partenza, rispondendo alle necessità e alle richieste in modo proattivo, anche coordinandosi con gli altri reparti per soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti in maniera efficiente
• Svolgere le attività di check-in e check-out
• Gestire le richieste ed eventuali reclami in modo tempestivo
• Informare il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno, la struttura e i servizi offerti
• Assegnare le camere e gestire le prenotazioni
• Svolgere attività di gestione e chiusura della cassa
• Gestire le chiamate esterne e interne
• Garantire gli standard aziendali
Requisiti CONOSCENZE SPECIFICHE E FORMAZIONE
• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (in hotel, villaggi e resort)
• Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del software di gestione alberghiera, del pacchetto Office e dei sistemi di posta elettronica
• Orientamento all’ospite
• Attenzione, cura del dettaglio e doti organizzative
• Ottimo standing e spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative
• Serietà, professionalità, affidabilità
• Dinamicità, proattività e spirito di iniziativa
• Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e all’ascolto
• Costante volontà di misurarsi in un contesto altamente professionale che ambisce a raggiungere i più alti standard di servizio
• Capacità di problem solving
• Disponibilità al trasferimento per la stagione estiva
• La conoscenza della lingua inglese o di altra lingua oltre l’italiano costituisce titolo preferenziale
