About the role As an Anaplan Model Builder , you will get to: Partner with Business leads to design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions  Lead Anaplan projects by collaborating with business team to develop user stories, converting user stories into achievable sprint, and document Anaplan builds  Translate Excel-based planning and budgeting into dynamic, connected Anaplan models for organization-wide information sharing Train new users on the system and document processes  Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions Should have current, hands-on development experience with Anaplan and strong knowledge of Anaplan development concepts.  Be open to learning and adopting new technologies and maintain a mindset of continuous learning.  Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics or related field and 4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, required    At least 3 years of experience in Sales incentive compensation planning, Sales Territory & Quota Planning or Financial Planning and Analysis   At least 1-3 year of Anaplan implementation or 2 completed Anaplan projects    Anaplan certification completed, level 2 or higher    Experience with other ICM tools such as Salesforce SPIFF and CaptivateIQ is a nice-to-have.  A self-starter who demonstrates creativity, has a customer-focus approach, and has a strong drive to develop a business acumen mindset What you can expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
