Dot Net Developer - Team Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new functionality and critical business logic
Manage and mentor the development team
Skills:
Expertise in software implementation best practices
Proficient in SQL Server and/or Oracle databases , including procedures and triggers
Understanding of web application architecture and scalability
Knowledge of security best practices for designing secure web applications
Experience with large datasets (millions/billions of rows)
Ability to quickly adapt to complex environments
Excellent communication skills with business users and top management
Innovative with a focus on creating functional applications with intuitive interfaces
Qualifications:
BE in Computer/IT, MCA, or similar
Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: ASP.NET, ADO.NET
