Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Location: Banjara Hills

Salary: 30k-40k per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR team in Banjara Hills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, and Statutory Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, handling payroll and operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with organizational goals

  • Lead and manage the HR team

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee compensation

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and regulations

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improvement

  • Collaborate with management to drive organizational growth and development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, and Statutory Compliance

  • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in HR software and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
