Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including
Performance Management System (PMS), Training and Development, HR Operations, and
preparing MIS Reports..
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management System (PMS):
o Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management
System.
o Support managers and employees in setting performance goals, providing
feedback, and conducting annual appraisals.
o Track performance progress and help identify development needs based on
PMS outcomes.
o Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timely completion.
o Prepare reports for senior management based on performance data.
2. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs through performance appraisals, employee feedback,
and departmental requirements.
o Assist in designing and conducting in-house training programs to address skill
gaps.
o Promote employee engagement through continuous learning and development
initiatives.
3. MIS Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount, attrition,
absenteeism, and performance data.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports as required for various
departments.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and statutory
requirements.
o Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring that they are
accurate, organized, and accessible.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to PMS,
Training, and Development, HR Operations, and Reporting.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field. Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
